Tygy in your AI assistant
MCP connects an AI assistant to data and actions in Tygy. Find conversations, gather context and update records in plain language, in the app where you already work with AI.

Getting started
Connect through MCP
Add the server address in your app's settings. Tygy will open so you can sign in, choose a project and grant access.
Copy the address
Use the address above. You can also find it in Tygy under Settings → API & MCP.
Add an MCP server
Find the remote MCP server connection in your AI assistant's settings and paste the address.
Sign in to Tygy
Use your own account and select the project your assistant will work with.
Choose access
Grant Read or Read and write access. Once connected, give your assistant its first task.

Access control
You choose what to allow
The connection acts on your behalf in the selected project. It does not expand the permissions of your role in Tygy.
Read
Your assistant can access data available to you: conversations, contacts, articles and meeting summaries. It cannot change them in this mode.
Read and write
Customer replies have a separate confirmation step. Other permitted changes, such as an internal note or a contact update, take effect immediately.Your assistant can also perform permitted actions: change assignees, add notes, update contacts and create article drafts.
Change or revoke access
Open Settings → API & MCP → Connected applications. Choose another access mode or disconnect the app.
Before you connect
Do I need to create an API key?
You do not need an API key when connecting through Tygy sign-in. Add the MCP server address, sign in with your account and grant your chosen access.
Which plan includes MCP?
MCP is included in the Pro plan. A user with permission to manage the API can connect an app, typically the project owner or an administrator.
How do I limit or disconnect my assistant?
Under Settings → API & MCP → Connected applications, you can switch to Read access or disconnect the app. Even with Read and write access, your assistant stays within the permissions of your role in the selected project.
