1. Service and access
Tygy provides customer messaging across connected channels, collaborative support, a knowledge base, automation and AI features. The website is tygy.ru and the application is app.tygy.ru. Features, limits and seats depend on the selected plan. The Customer receives a non-exclusive right to use available hosted features during the access period; source code and exclusive rights are not transferred.
The Customer manages team permissions, protects login credentials and ensures uploaded material is lawful. Unauthorized access, service interference, unlawful messaging and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited. Data and material remain the property of their respective rights holders.
2. Acceptance
A Customer may be an individual, sole proprietor or organization. A representative must have authority to act for the organization. Paying an invoice or checkout form linking to this offer constitutes acceptance. The applicable version and amount must be available before payment.
Trial access is governed by these terms once explicitly accepted when access is granted. The standard trial lasts 14 days unless an individual offer states otherwise. Visiting the landing page or dismissing the cookie notice does not create a paid contract or consent to advertising.
3. Pricing, payment and refunds
The standard Russian plan offers 3, 6 and 12 month periods. The total price in rubles, seats, included limits, discounts and period appear before payment. A displayed monthly equivalent does not change the charge for the full selected period. AI usage and additional services may be billed separately under the conditions shown before purchase.
The invoice or checkout identifies the payment method and recipient. Changes to plans, seats or extras may require an additional payment disclosed before confirmation.
For termination, an incorrect payment or a refund, use the contact in the business details and identify the company and payment. Refunds take account of the reason, access actually provided and mandatory legal requirements. Non-waivable refund rights remain unaffected.
4. Automatic renewal
The Customer enables automatic renewal through a separate action in billing settings or checkout. Before activation, the first and subsequent payment amounts or calculation method, charge frequency, access period and cancellation method are disclosed. The Customer authorizes the selected payment method for recurring charges. Registration or acceptance of this offer alone does not enable renewal.
When automatic renewal is enabled, the next period is charged according to the selected plan, seat count and agreed period. Changes to the next period's price or terms are disclosed before the charge, allowing the Customer to turn renewal off. Already paid periods are not repriced retroactively. Failed payments lead to access restrictions under the end-of-access section.
The Customer can disable renewal in billing settings or contact hello@tygy.ru before the next charge. The same contact accepts requests to stop using previously supplied payment details. After such a refusal is received, those details are not used for subsequent charges. Cancellation stops future renewals and preserves access through the already paid period; statutory refund rights remain. Re-enabling requires a new Customer action.
5. Channels and integrations
The Customer may connect only channels, bots, mailboxes and CRMs they are authorized to manage. Messaging depends on each platform’s terms, availability and restrictions. Connecting a channel does not grant rights to other accounts or replace required advertising consent.
Telegram Desk may forward messages and attachments to the Telegram group selected by the Customer. The Customer controls its membership and access. Two-way CRM integrations and webhooks exchange data with connected systems within configured workflows. Some channels require an application or have restrictions identified in the interface.
6. Processing on the Customer’s instructions
For customer and employee data entering the Customer’s projects, the Customer determines processing purposes and grounds and instructs the Provider to process data to deliver Tygy and support. Categories include names and contacts, channel identifiers, conversations and history, attachments, customer and company records, knowledge articles, recordings and transcripts when recording is enabled, assignments, reviews and operational events.
Operations include receipt, recording, organization, storage, correction, retrieval, use, disclosure to authorized team members and Customer-connected systems, restriction and deletion. The Customer must ensure lawful disclosure, notices and necessary consent, including for recording calls. Publishing knowledge articles or sharing public links must respect rights in disclosed information.
The Provider must maintain confidentiality, security and Russian localization requirements, provide evidence of compliance on request, assist with data-subject requests and notify the Customer of incidents affecting their data. Other processors and cross-border transfers require compliance with applicable law. These instructions do not authorize unrelated use of Customer data.
7. AI features and recordings
AI operators, suggestions, translation, conversation reviews and summaries process requests, messages, relevant knowledge excerpts and other necessary context. The data depends on the enabled feature. Automated answers may reach customers without human review when the Customer enables that mode. The Customer configures behavior and handoff to staff.
AI can make mistakes. Review important answers, translations and conclusions, particularly before decisions affecting people’s rights. AI reviews should not be the sole basis for legally significant decisions about employees or customers. Recording and transcription require appropriate participant notices and lawful grounds. The privacy policy describes disclosure of context to model providers.
8. End of access and deletion
Paid access has a 3-day grace period after expiry; the trial has no grace period. Blocked projects stop receiving new messages, and messages during the block are not retained.
When trial or paid access ends and no other basis for full access remains, work features are restricted. Billing and access-restoration actions remain available within the interface. Turning off renewal does not immediately delete data.
Six calendar months after full access is lost, the company and related work data enter deletion status. Email warnings are sent to the owner monthly during the first five months and 7, 3 and 1 day before deletion. Support can restore the data during the following 30 days; permanent deletion follows. Restoring full access before deletion stops the countdown.
Obtain important data before access expires. With restricted access, contact support about export and restoration. Backups and records subject to mandatory accounting obligations have separate retention periods. This process does not prevent earlier deletion of personal data where required by law.
When the owner deletes a project, the 30-day restoration period starts immediately; the six-month waiting period does not apply.
9. Availability and responsibility
The Provider maintains the service and may carry out maintenance, resolve incidents and restrict unlawful use. Planned interruptions are announced in advance where possible. External channels, networks and Customer-connected systems are not fully under the Provider’s control. Customers should retain copies of important material.
Liability is governed by Russian law. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited. Disputes may first be sent to the contact in the business details; unresolved disputes are subject to statutory jurisdiction rules.
10. Versions and enquiries
The version date is shown on this page. Changes are published before application and do not retroactively alter the agreed price of a paid period. Material changes for a later period are disclosed before payment. Use the contact in the business details for contract, billing, refund, access and data enquiries. Russian law applies.
